Peace Practices Course

The Peace Practices Course is a four-week journey designed to help you slow down, listen to your body, and meet God in your everyday rhythms. Through teaching, guided practices, and reflection, you’ll discover how your nervous system works, how your emotions carry meaning, and how to move from “fixing yourself” into curiosity, compassion, and presence.

This course is not a substitute for therapy but an invitation to awareness, spiritual truth, and practical tools you can use daily to support nervous system regulation and deepen your connection with yourself and with God.

What’s Included:

  • 4 pre-recorded session videos (one per week) with teaching and guided practices

  • 38-page course book with exercises, reflection prompts, and journaling space

  • Tools to help you:

    • Identify and name your emotions

    • Understand where feelings show up in your body

    • Discover the thoughts and beliefs fueling your emotions

    • Practice soothing and regulation with God’s presence

Meet Your Trainer

My name is Kaitlyn McCarty, and I’ll be your instructor for the Peace Practices Course. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California and have had the privilege of working with Freedom Movement for over eight years, helping individuals process their stories and move toward healing. I can’t wait to walk with you through these practices as you discover new rhythms of peace in your own life.
